On behalf of board of directors and management, I would like to thank our milk producers, our valuable consumers, our service providers who are relentlessly making Jaipur Zila Utpadak Sahakari Sangh Limited, into valuable organization over the years. Besides this I would like to make special mention of our staff’s enthusiastic contribution in establishing in our organization.
I am pleased to announce that in comparison to year 2020-21, in 2021-22 we have been on continuous growth trajectory. In FY 2021-22, there has been 19% growth in registered dairy cooperative societies, proposed dairy cooperative societies by 87%, registration of societies by 154%, revival of societies by 388%, whereas milk producer membership has increased by 49%. Milk procurement volume has increased by 10% vis-a-vis milk marketing has increased by 11%. Cattlefeed sale has increased by 46%. There has been steady growth in milk products sale with Ghee at 33%, Chaach at 29%, Paneer at 30%, Dahi at 28% while Lassi has increased by 67%.
On the other side, we had share of challenges also to deal with, Lumpy disease spread in country has badly impacted cow cattle. Our Jaipur and Dausa milk shed milk producers were impacted losing their cattle, in this difficult time Jaipur Dairy has ensured all possible help to our milk producers. Jaipur Dairy field staff had distributed awareness pamphlets and having interactions with around 1.5 lakh milk producers. As control measures, around 8 lakhs doses of goatvax have been ordered for and vaccination has been started. This year we have performed record 3.25 lakh cattle deworming.
Jaipur Dairy believes in setting benchmark. In state, Jaipur Dairy was first to implement sorted sex semen technology in which female calf are born, till date 123 female calf are born to cattle on which it was implemented, this is commendable and applaudable step in cow conservation and reducing stray cattle.
Jaipur Dairy has continuously offered best milk procurement rates to its milk producers considering rise in raw material costs and make it profitable business. To increase milk produce, better quality we have been providing mineral rich Saras cattle feed, latest technological equipment like Automatic Milk Collection Unit, BMCs to ensure transparency with sole purpose to motivate more and more people join this cooperative movement and take benefits of welfare scheme associated with Saras, Jaipur Dairy. Being associated with us has empowered milk farmers financially but socially as well.
